UK Companies House and HMRC Submission of Company Accounts

We require an accountant to submit last years and this years partial years accounts as we are closing a small uk company. The company has been fairly dormant with only GBP3000 being received and GBP5000 being paid out in expenses. We have full bank statements. We have the HMRC logins to submit the accounts. This should be a fairly simple task. Using the online system the accounts can be submitted to HMRC and Companies house. We require this to be completed asap please and require you to have knowledge and previous experience in submitting accounts. We will provide you with the HMRC logins. Kindest regards
