Our project is an on-demand service app, which is almost everyone is now familiar with. Both IOS and Android apps are needed to be priced in your quote. As any other on demand service app, our app should be very simple and user friendly and allow the customer to order the service and be able to track his orders/and historic orders. The app should have the following features: Customer app The customer app includes client profiles with personal data as full name, address, and phone number, saved payment methods in case of Credit/Debt cards. The customer app enables users to: ● Register and log in/log in using social media ● Choose the type of service (two services) ● Schedule appointment for the service ● Calculate the cost of the service and pay online or upon delivery ● Track pending transactions and get notifications ● View transactions history and review the service. ● e-wallet ● real time tracking/maps Delivery/collection app When a customer places an order, it goes to the delivery/collection app. Within this app, employees can: ● Get information about orders, together with preferred collection time and date ● Confirm orders ● Set up tracking and change the status of an order when it’s ready for collection ● Add locations on the map and build a convenient route for the collections Admin app/dashboard panel The delivery/collection app is connected to the Admin app. The Admin app contains information about an order, such as order number, type of service, other details, etc. When an order is completed, control of operations returns to the delivery/collection app. All these processes are controlled by the admin panel, which incorporates: ● Client data ● Order history ● Statistics and analytics (income, positive and negative reviews, etc.) ● Data about employees ● Map and calendar views ● Dashboard Please note that your pricing should be for the whole project, those who quote for one app (IOS or Android) will be excluded.
