Illustrator needed for multiple projects. Ongoing work (v2)

Dear freelancer I am looking for one more illustrator to join my team. I have ongoing work all the time. We will start with two tasks, and if that goes well we will continue from there. Task 1: I need to create a an illustration like this: [login to view URL] That was based on this 3d rendering: [login to view URL] I need the same look and feel like one above, since it will be part of the same project. In other words, I will give you a an image of an apartment interior, you will make a similar illustration as shown in my example of that interior apartment. Here is the interior view, you will make an illustration like the above of, even though its not 100% complete yet: [login to view URL] Task 2: I need to create 8 different characters/illustrations of young professionals. (young people that just started their career, in these categories: - Doctor - Lawyer - Economist / Finance - Engineer - Nurse - Architect - Teacher - Police officer (has to have norwegian look, I will give you a picture of a norwegian police officer when we get that far) I have attached a sample of the look I am going for: [login to view URL] Please tell me how much time you would need to do Task 1 and how much time you need for Task 2. (I will hire you by the hour after this work is done, since I need you on all kind of different small and big tasks.) But these two first tasks we will do with a fixed price.
