Convert ARM Cortex program (hex file) from chip STM32F030F4P6 to STM32L010F4P6

Hello, I looking for ARM (Cortex) programmer, who can convert program from STM32F030F4P6 to diffrent chip STM32L010F4P6. Unfortunately i don't have source code, only hex file with program. STM32L010F4P6 is slower than STM32F030F4P6 (32mhz/48mhz) and have diffrent timers. So programmer must count diffrence beetwen this chip and edit timer, to keep the same delay value. Niestety nie posiadam kodów źródłowych, jedynie plik z wsadem w postaci *.hex STM32L010F4P6 jest wolniejszy niż STM32F030F4P6 (32mhz/48mhz) oraz ma inne timery.
