I am creating an YouTube channel in which I am going to create 2~3 videos every week on various political and economic issues in India. The videos are 12~15 minutes long and I will explain the subject matter in English.
Kindly watch few sample videos of Dhruv Rathee in YouTube and you will get some ideas on what kind of videos I am talking about. Only difference is Dhruv Rathee explains in Hindi and I will explain in English.
In order to create any video on a political / economic / social issue, I need to do a lot of research and then prepare a script in English on that subject. I then read the script using a teleprompter and record the video. Then, the video is edited by a professional editor and finally the video is uploaded to YouTube.
I need a freelancer who will be able to do research on latest political / economic issues and prepare a script in English. I will give him a topic (such as sushant singh rajput death issue / Article 370 in Kashmir / Babri Masjid or other issues) and he / she needs to do research on that topic. Basically research means going through multiple source such as Wikipedia / YouTube / Newspaper websites / Twitter / Facebook etc. After an intensive research, the person needs to create a script. I will review the script and I will use that script during my video shot. He / she also needs to mention all the links of images, statistics, video footage, news articles, Twitter/FB post in the document so that I can refer those sources while verifying the scripts. Also, some of the images/video footage/news article/FB posts etc will be shown in the actual YouTube video.
I believe that it will need one day or 2 days of research to create a script. That's the average time I took in my initial videos. Creating the script usually shouldn't take more than 2 to 3 days. As of now, I am not earning anything from YouTube. So, I want to offer between Rs 3000 ~ Rs. 4000 for each script based on the skill / experience of the freelancer. Anything beyond that won't be possible at this point. Maybe later, I can increase the money once I can monetize the channel.
As you can understand that that is a political show and it deals with a lot of hot button / controversial political topics. As an YouTuber, I am pro nationalism, pro Army & pro Hindu. My opinion on various political subjects are aligned with the right wing politics in India. So, the freelancer need to have the same kind of political thinking. Otherwise, it will be miserable for both us to work together and we can't work very long.
The freelancer can stay anywhere in the planet; but, he / she needs to be an Indian. Preferably, he/she needs to reside in India.

The only problem I see between us is that I am a Nepali citizen and acknowledging that you're aligned with Indian right wing politics will not be a problem for me. I am more aware of Indian politics rather than Nepal. To include, I have my twitter account location set as India and I have been looking those trending hashtags for last 6 years and I have been admiring how right wing / BJP politics has changed the mindset of people and other. Sorry for my poor English, its not my native language as you know.
