We have created a platform that transfers readable text content on the Internet to audible voice. Main user groups that we have identified are following: 1) People with sight loss a) Blind b) Partially sighted c) Eye Fatigue 2) Elderly people a) Presbyopia b) Tearing c) Reading problems not associated with sight 3) People with reading problems a) Dyslexic b) Functional illiterate c) Complete illiterate 4) People who drive a vehicle a) Commuters b) Drivers (delivery, taxi etc.) c) Truckers 5) People who commute by bus or train 6) People who ride a bicycle 7) People who do sports while listening to an audio device 8) People who want to listen to audio books 9) People who want to listen to study materials 10) Other uses such as a) public transportation stop alerts b) shopping mall announcements c) Sport event announcements As a startup, we have means to concentrate in only one user group at a time but need to study all possible groups. Task 1. Identify the number of people in each group. Inside of the groups, the number of the people need to be divided by a) by language, for example, English, Spanish, etc. b) by continent for example EU, N. America, Asia, etc. c) by leading countries whose main languages are English, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic and Mandarin Task 2. Identify and calculate the CAC of the individual group. Possible places that we advertise are; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Online Radio, Snap Chat. Identify and calculate the ARPU of the individual group. Possible revenue sources are; Advertising, InApp purchase, monthly subscriptions of premium content, commissions, usage data sales, white-labeling). Identify and calculate the CLV of the individual group. Seek information of the length of use of the typical user of streaming audio user. Identify the competition and show examples of ARPU and CLV of the competition. Make an Excel file of the data. Task 3. Create complete customer profiles of groups 1-4 (a-c) and 5-9. Number 10 is B2B use. We need to strengthen understanding of our users. Exactly who are they? Where are they coming from and where are they going? What tools and other resources do they have? What are the needs that you solve for them? We need to create a realistic and detailed profile, a persona, of three ordinary people of each group: one that brings only a small customer lifetime value (CLV), one who brings a medium-sized CLV and one who provides the largest possible CLV. Write a one-page description of each persona (total of 12+5). Write the same list of aspects, as many as you can, of each person, including but not limited to: gender, age, name, family, relatives, other individuals who are key contacts during a typical week. Also language skills, other relevant skills, hobbies, pets, education, home country, the location of residence, living conditions, income and goals in life. Race and religion are not relevant. Make sure to base each persona on research and with URLs/URIs or other references to credible sources, such as literature, reports, and articles with facts, data, and statistics that support your claims that the three users you have described exist in sufficient numbers and will become your users. Write next to each reference one sentence that crystallizes a core point that the source that you are referring to proves or supports. Assemble your descriptions + the list of references into a Word file. Create also good-looking and convincing PowerPoint slides that describe each user.
