Hi, I'm looking for one or maybe several writers EXPERIENCED in the niche of real estate. The product itself is real estate training, NOT real estate ads so your experience should be more towards promoting information products and services than in promoting properties. The audience is made out of real estate professionals who want to improve their sales. You are NOT required to write sales materials, only educative and valuable posts aimed at RE professionals. Sources of the content will be provided (existing courses and materials) so in practice you just need to learn the content, do some research of your own and post. At the most basic level, I'm looking for someone to create 500 - 600 words posts on LinkedIn and short valuable posts on Facebook. I do NOT know at this moment how many I need of each so please provide a rate per word / per article / per post or any package you are willing to offer. This is not high level content or conversion oriented copy, that is already being taken care of. This is designed to build systematic exposure with the marketplace. Before bidding, make sure you: #1 - Have experience writing in the real estate niche and you can show samples. #2 - You are a native level speaker. This is very important. I am not looking to correct the grammar or syntax of the posts. You are not required to live in North America but if you're not from an English speaking country (US, Canada, Australia, UK), your English better be good. #3 - You can provide a clear cost per unit. This collaboration may extent to one week or one year. Because of this, I need to know exactly how much it would cost me either way. Please don't submit bids with "on a case by case" pricing. This is all. Thank you. PS: Price in this case matters. While I'm not looking at the cheapest freelancer, I'm looking for good value. PPS: I don't have a fixed budget at this moment as this is a medium to long term writing project.
