Online Ordering System and Miantanance

Greetings everyone! please review the attached document for project details. I need an excellent developer. I am hoping to grow a long term developer. This project is for an online ordering system that we are building as a front-end to our accounts system. The script has been 70% already built. I would like successful developer to complete and manage the script. This will need to be change and enhanced regularly. I will require an example of your work and work already done.
