I'll develop with 3 different modules. - Backend where you can configure your survey (questions, allowed answers, upload voice files, ...). - Asterisk configuration, which automatically get survey configuration from backend and realtime updates. - Frontend, with a simple stats where you can get all the results of the survey, and a simple graph of results of each question. All the project can be done in two docker container, so you can install and distribute where you want. The backend will allow you to configure an external SIP trunk, in order to begin receiving realworld calls.
