CAD dwg file to Revit file

Hello, I'm new to this site but don't mistake me as a rookie. I have a bachelor degree in architecture and 5 years of exp. with AutoCAD drawings, graphic design, postproduction etc. My other specialities are 2D and 3D design in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit and Google SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom. Hi, be careful about this job. It isn't a simple "export" routine from CAD to Revit. The CAD model it´s made of lines, solids, meshes, 3dfaces. The Revit model has it own objects with data in it to be recognised in the BIM world, and make some reports like schedules. So, the entire model must be modeled in Revit. Another tip: Revit do not allow to downgrade 2017 models to early versions of the software. Check your Revit version. FB
