Hi, yes as you have mentioned, it can be a standalone delivery plugin. It will have a backend settings panel to set API credentials (inside WooCommerce settings). Besides that, there would be other settings fields based on the variation/feature your delivery provider provides. As said, the plugin would also work with other plugins. It will co-exists with other shipping plugin as well. On the cart page, customer would see the shipping option with price. Literally all of these feature depends on the shipping API service. Thanks.
