We have been into IT since 1992 Mass mailing is not difficult but delivering the mail is. However, if you are a regular sender with legitimate mails, and plan to do it regularly for a long period, it can be done. If you have not sent any mails yet, it may take a few weeks to warm up the IP(s) with the ESPs. If you have already sent emails from the domain then we will need to review the domain's reputation before committing. Are you willing to use our server and interface instead of powermta and whatever you're using? some queries: 1. Is this a one time task or regular requirement? Would the mails be sent from one domain only or more? 2. Are you willing to show your physical address and unsubscription link in the mail? 3. Do you own the list or have you got it from some third party? 4. What is the proposed content of the mails. can you confirm that you will not send threatening/hate/drugs/adult/lottery/Ponzi/fraud/money/fake oriented mails? 5. What is the volume and frequency of the mails? 6. please provide the domain name for a reputation/review. There could be more queries based on the answers to the questions above.
