I need the code to make a 4 bit cathode digital tube ( in Picture) work like a stopwatch that add 1 every x seconds, where x is the number of seconds it take for a motor rotation to touch a game in-screen on phone. The breadboard and other things are already adjusted and motor works fine, just need the coding for the 4 bit digital tube.

If you can provide me information of the type of motor, Servo or dc, and rpm if dc motor or amount of time taken to touch the screen I can provide you a very clean code with detailed documentation Relevant Skills and Experience If I have been working with Arduinon for 2 years and made a similar screen clicker recently for clicker games so I know what you are talking about and can help you out with other things also.
