ESP8266, RASPBERY, MQTT, for Home automation

I was working with this Pakistani developer, but after creating the ESP code for communicating with MQTT protocols was working fine. He installed mosquito on my DIGITALOCEAN server. He did not know how to setup the MQTT with encryption, which he copies from a DIGITALOCEAN document as same with same demo and password sample (he does not know!). Therefore, I ask him to create a document and show me how to setup the MQTT, but what he said is: (I already made document .... If you don't have capacity to understand that it's not my problem). I cannot work with this guy who charge me for just adding a simple line in the ESP code to reset the ESP to default in case I made a mistake with the SSID credentials. He charges me for even chat or talk with me. He asks for more money to add RESET code and SSID signal view. Well I learned that do not work with these types of cultural people anymore! WHAT I need: 1st ADD the SIGNNAL STRENGHT for SSID to show on LOGIN page and ADD a RESET option on GPIO-0 that if Pressed more than 5sec it will clear details to factory settings. This is for incase I set a wrong SSID credentials. 2nd create a webpage and host it on my server, so that it will receive updates from the ESP with MQTT protocols. 3RD Other projects after these two mentioned above.
