I would like to hire an Arduino Engineer fro new toy idea

A smart skipping rope (Jump Rope) that has an RGB LED producing colour effects into a special type of flexible optic fibre. The Skipping action is further enhanced by way of introducing audio effects (human voice phrases + music and sound effects, and of course- Game-play! :) The basic skipping rope does not have any sound capability nor game-play? I want to use an Arduino compatible board like the Pololu A-Star 32U4 Micro OR a Teensy 3.2 Board? To add the sound features already described above, and a simple game; I will add a separate document that describes the game-play logic and related sound effects whilst the game is being played? I have a fully built and working RGB LED pattern generator board that needs to be working with the aforementioned Pololu or Teensy sound boards that will add sound and music and game-play to the basic skipping rope. I have a small library of pre-recorded human voice phrases (in .WAV format) that will be stored on the add-on sound board (either A-Star 32U4 Micro OR Teensy 3.2) and will be used during play. I will provide a text document and simple flow-chart that describes the way the skipping rope will function. The skipping rope has 2 x tact switches - one is for game select and the other is for changing the skill level (Beginner, Intermediate and Expert) OR to bypass the game function and to be used a just a simple skipping rope with no game-play. To turn on (Power-Up) either or both buttons should be depressed for more than one second. To switch off- both buttons need to be depressed for more than 3 seconds. The product will use 2x AA batteries and has a small speaker in the rear of just one the handles. Both handles have at least 1X basic circuit board (RGB LED light pattern generator) but only one handle will have the additional sound board + game-play board. This job is URGENT and a fast turnaround would be most appreciated. Cheers!
