Build a website to searching, manage, and fund DonorsChoose.org projects

We would like a project using C#, ASP.NET MVC, EntityFramework if ORM needed, Identity for User authentication, SQL Server database. We will host this app on our webserver and host the database in our existing Azure Sql Server. We need: 1. Admin Backend. 2. Sales and Customer facing Front End. 3. Sales agents can search by Keywords, Zipcode, City, State. Just like donor’s choose. 4. The search results will look just like Donor’s Choose. 5. Admin can control which pieces show up in a “Result Card”. So we can hide the “500 Dollars Collected so far” or “Only 250 Dollars left to be raised”, and any other data on the search results. 6. It creates a 7 character key each search, so the Sales Agent and Customer can share this key and pull up the same results while on the phone. And to be referenced later. 7. It uses Realtime data from Donors Choose. 8. The Sales Agent or the Verifiers can fill out all the info needed to make the donation. Without ever having to go to Donor’s Choose website. 9. The donations sit in a queue, Admin can review the queue if needed, and admin can click a button to fund an individual donation or all donations in the queue. 10. It pulls the money from the pre setup Fund we will create with Donor’s Choose. 11. So we don’t have to whitelist Donor’s Choose, the Sales Agents will have a popup that displays the Project Details we want them to see. 12. Customers can click a listing in the search results and will be directed to Donors Choose to see the full Project Details. The Sales Agents will not. 13. We can filter/sort the same way as Donor’s Choose. 14. Admin can set filter options in background like Mix/Max dollar amount, Number of results displayed during a search, Exclude specific keywords from results, Exclude specific States from the results. The public, aka our customers, will access the site without credentials. The User accounts are for our sales team to login so they have extra functionallity only logged in users have like the "Submit Donor" button and the custom Project Info link. Each time a user is displayed a result set, we want a Unique ID of 7 characters created containing capital letters and numbers. This Unique ID needs to pull up the same "Result Cards" that the user sees from DonorsChoose API each time. This way a sales agent can do a search, then read that Unique ID to the customer on the phone and the customer can enter it into the site and pull up the same results. Not case sensitive. Custom Search Box: The Unique ID generated during a search should be stored in a database with the associated ProjectID(s) from Donor's Choose that were displayed to the User. This way when someone searches for the Unique ID, the API should look up those exact Projects from Donor's Choose. When Admin click "Fund" the project from the list view of Submitted Donors, Donor's choose has an API where we can pull money from a fund we setup and it submits the fund in our name on behalf of the Customer using the data entered for the Submitted Donor. We will need to see success/failures in a different list view. Sometimes a project gets fully funded before we can make a donation. We need to know this so we can donate to another project instead of the one the customer chose. We will probably request additional features after the initial go live.
