Hi Sir, I can use dot net library without using 3rd party library. Just a question, you need ip to ip chat or server based chat? Because if you want to save the chat history then we have to use a central server with user connection stored in database. I'll make a stable chat application, if the clients are disconnected, then after re connection they will be automatically connected. We can discuss in chat for more details.
