help me create updates to database using Entity Framework

I normally do not do updates in databases. Thats why I is a newbie in EF. I need to create some database records in the database that has relations to other tables. Visual Studio 2019 / Azure functions I guess that i will need a TeamViewer session for about an hour to understand how I do the database updates. I expect bids that are in the 1-2 hour? rate range
