I have experience as a customer service representative both for online stores based in US and call center companies here in the Philippines. I worked for a total of 7years in BPO companies and a year and a half as a CSR for online stores.
I am a graduate of B.S. Psychology. I have an experience as an HR recruiter for a well-known supermarket here in the Philippines. Although my experience as an HR is just for a couple of months, I can say that I learned a lot from it. I experienced screening applicants, conducting job fairs, payroll processing, and time keeping as well.
I am an optimistic person, and I always see to it that I find something positive in every situation. I am a fast learner and I can work independently. Time is really valuable for me, I always see to it that I attend all my appointments on time. I am also a team player, I can blend well with different kinds of people. I am easy to be with, fun-loving, and friendly. ;)
