I am expert in risk assement using FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis), Risk Ranking & Filtering and Fault Tree Analysis. I think I will be able to create/modify your SOP as per your requirement.

Extensive experience in Risk Managaement. Holds several globally recognized certifications directly related and relatable to this project. Currently in the process of becoming a certified ISO standards instrctor, inclusive of ISO 27K.
