Starting pay is based upon experience (fixed pay with 20% of the pay for each client I bring in) and all possibilities for raises are based on work performance. What will you be Doing? I am starting a new starting social media marketing agency, that needs someone to take the role of my Copywriter and Distributor. The role will include: creating ad campaigns and posting on behalf of my clients on facebook within the health and fitness industry (mainly gyms). The successful applicant will also be responsible for the ad copy and the content of the facebook posts. (Times and how many times per day will be discussed when the applicant is selected). The successful applicant will have the opportunity to advance to more copywriting work ( with a higher pay) in the future. It is desirable for the applicant to live in the UK. What Qualities are needed to be successful? This job is for an audition. I will be selecting one candidate to hire on a trial basis. After seeing your work, we'll choose who to bring onto the team. Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, there are two qualities that I am looking for: Integrity and Commitment. Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with myself and my clients. Open communication and honesty are important. My deadlines can be short, so i would like someone who can get the job done properly and ontime. Commitment. I'm looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship. If you're just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you. As the business grows, I'm only interested in working with individuals who truly have a desire to join my team on long term basis.
