I think the order of the information should be changed for making the parent a better transmitter of the technical specifications of this service. I would change for the parent to make a brief introduction of Global Transport & Tourism before introducing himself, so at the time he does, he can talk a little bit about his common worries and just after that I would then talk specifics about the transport service. I have so far identified the following issues with the script: 1. Small grammatical errors - examples "wherein advanced students safety" - should be "student safety "every time your children enter or exits" - should be "every time your child enters or exits" 2. Repeated/Unclear information - example SMS Alerts - this section does not correctly describe when the user receives alerts. 3. Fearmongering and flowery prose - example "chills down my spine" - this section should be rewritten so that the seriousness of the situation is not understated or overstated. 4. Unclear links - various examples Why am I telling the listener I am introducing them to the product? Just introduce it! Why is the Sleeping Child Check Alarm revolutionary or automatic? Why would I worry about my child's safety all day? Is my child on the bus all day? I will first perform a thorough grammar check of the entire text, before rewriting the sections identified above.
