Promote Website To Attract New Members

Latest internet boom and the coolest new social networking website has just been launched and needs new members. I’m looking for someone who can introduce the website to people who might be interested in becoming members preferably by utilizing ethical methods, not spam!!! Website is 18+ only and also allows for posting of adult material, however it is not an adult website. It’s 18+ to allow people who can’t stand the bulls**t 14-16 year olds bring to any such portal to have a place where no underage kids are allowed. Because there are no kids present, members are allowed to post adult material (Porn Forum is available for that purpose), members are also allowed to use profane language (F**K Forum is available for that purpose) but these are separate forums so those, who do not wish to participate in such can just stay away from them. The site of course also has general forum, music forum, sports forum, art forum, etc. Geographically the site primarily targets province of Alberta, Canada, however members from all around the world are welcome. I’m looking to have the site promoted primarily in Alberta, however the rest of the world is also welcome. Please tell me what you can do, how you would achieve the results and how much you would charge per 100 new members. This is a legitimate site looking for legitimate only promotion. You must tell me what you would do in order to introduce the site to people and make them open an account and if selected, you MUST only stick to approved techniques. Under no circumstances may you use unethical or unapproved marketing techniques (spam, etc.).
