This is how you will work: You will work on our developer server and migrate your completed work to our live site. No work is completed until it has been migrated and tested on our live site. Note: Most of the following tasks have already been done but the developer is incapacitated to complete due to the lock down. He is however available for any enquiries. Our site is responsive, meaning it can be accessed on desktop and mobile. The tasks: 1. Message send in desktop / Mobile When you click to send message, the message does not display properly where it is suppose to display. Your task is to check and make it display where it is suppose to display. 2. Topic title: Character limit on topic title. We need you to set limit on number of character in topic. 3. Topic description word limit e.g limit to 100 words We need you to set limit on number of character in topic description. 4. Part of topic description is hidden in mobile and desktop with the [More...] link Option 1: when the more is clicked, expand to show remaining description Option 2: When the more is clicked show the full description in pop up Some margin needs to be added above. 5. We have modified the messaging system such that whenever you send a message everyone in your friends list is included in the conversation. Your task is to test and check that everyone in your contacts actually is copied in this message. 6. When someone started a topic their image is display as the topic starter, this is so in desktop but a wrong person's image is display in mobile as topic starter. You need to fix this. 7. We created a Leave / Delete button: Anyone involved in a conversation can leave / Delete the conversation from their inbox but the person who started the conversation should not see the option to Leave that conversation. They will only see the delete button. We have already created this functionalities and it works but you should ensure that conversation starter does not see the leave button and everyone else can see the Leave/Delete button. I. Create option (buttons) to instantly return to messages from inbox.. Not just a back button but a more effective way to return instantly. J. Only Premium members can start a conversation. I will show you how to identify a Premium member from an ordinary member. When a member who is not Premium attempt to start a conversation just display option to upgrade to them. K. Hide the option for people to copy other users in message. Just disable the CC section on site. That was the section we converted to group talk.. You will move files from developer server to live server. At any point during the above tasks, we might have to move certified tasks to live server and continue with the other tasks.
