 Preparing Tender for New Project,Rate analysis,Preparing Estimation Following drawing with architectural,structural,consultancy&Client Preparing BBS and Quantity as a QS Planning micro schedule by MS Project Preparing PPT and Submit to Client during monthly meeting  Arranging negotiated quotation with Vendors/Subcontractors as per management rate  Interesting to learn New Technology of Construction  Co-ordinate smoothly with client,Users,Consultancy,CRM Team,Top Management  Establishment and start site as per planning budget,Attending Meeting @Head office.  Drawing /CA Reading clearly and working as per drawing. If any mistake giving letter for revised drawing and take approved from Client,Consultancy,Architectural &Structural  Planning days wise on every month doing as per planning. If any delay ensure to contractors and junior staff.  Giving material requirement before one month as per monthly planning, and follow top management for approved.  Prepare estimation as per drawing before prepare subcontractors bills. so that bills we can check, Whether qty is within our estimation qty or not  Checking and reconciliation every month to avoid materials wastage for budget Handled entire project independently & I have sound technical knowledge & decision making abilities. Handled co-ordination with Client, Architects, consultants, contractors and all agencies involved in project. Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure that the execution of the work shall be compliance with the approved working drawings and specifications. Ensuring quality control systems are implementation at site & its documentation are controlled. Ensuring material quality standards & its testing, reports documentation. Conducting site inspection/testing preparing reports. Handled a team of1 5 to 20 technical staff, QC Engineer, Junior Engineers, Supervisors, etc. Prepare realistic project schedule, monitoring & control. Identifying risks involved & assessing same. Handling daily, Weekly planning and monthly planning and ensuring implementations Attending design review/site progress review meetings, preparation of agenda and minutes of meeting.
