Book Launch / Social Media Consultant -- 2

We are looking for a Social Media Consultant to help us come up with a strategy and actively man our social media handles for a book launch project. The main objective would be to: 1) Increase online sales of the books (Through your effective sales copy) 2) Create awareness of the books and the launch event The work will be from approximately 4-6 weeks max. The Project This is a book launch Project for 6 books. The books range from self improvement & development to spiritual development and diligence. The author is a Pastor, Emmanuel Adewusi, based here in Edmonton. We are currently creating media elements to be used in a press kit that we would like to submit to specific media contacts. For one, we are planning to shoot an interview video with Pastor E, answering questions about the books, the message and how readers can apply these practices to their lives. We wish to produce 6 animated videos, one for each book that gives a brief synopsis of each book, in a creative way. Also, we are arranging for a Goodwill event where Pastor E will speak with persons from a disadvantaged community (likely battered women or women involved in the sex trade) about life transformation Lastly, we will take some professional photos of Pastor E to used in the kit. The book launch event will be held likely end of June/early July. We will provide a concrete date. Target Audience Adults ages 18-49 M/F We are aiming at the general population, including believers and non-believers. Targeted efforts will aim towards Edmonton and area, but also Nationally with syndicated TV efforts. Pastor Emmanuel has written 6 books in the last year and has contracted my team to help manage the book launch. The client decided to produce some animated videos to help promote the books and communicate the benefits of reading in a short, digestible format. Two books, A Disciplined Life and Dream Like a Child, Execute Like a Pro are the front-runners as they include principles that can be adopted by anyone (believers & non-believers alike) where-as the other four are more directed at teaching believers. Timing We would like to submit the finished media kit by the end of the this month and have PR efforts begin by June. We anticipate the SM promotion to start by June 1st or sooner (depending on timeline of Press kit) Budget Our budget is not huge but we do want quality work and we are willing to pay. Please keep in mind, all proceeds for the books will go to the Pastor's church, Cornerstone Christian Church of God. So this is a not-for-profit project.
