Thought Industries is a fast growing eLearning SaaS business based in Boston, MA, USA. We're doing market research on the B2B SaaS industry, and we're using the GetApp directory site to help guide our efforts. The goal of this project is to pull 1) company names and 2) company URLs from five (5) relevant directory pages on the GetApp site. We'll then use this list to further qualify companies in our target market. And if this process goes well, we'll continue to work through more directories, so there's potential for future engagement after this initial pilot. We're looking for someone who has strong data collection skills, commitment to accuracy, and an eye for details, as there may be some companies that need further research to get their company URL. Hello, The project looks clear. I'll put a web browser in my scraper. You can browse any category and with just one click, all pages of the category will be scraping and saving on excel file as you want. I can finish and test the scraper in 24 hours without any problem. I have a question: do you want only company names? I mean as I see category pages have "products" and you want an only company of these products. If any company have 2+ products on the same category, I'll add only 1 line to excel, right? What if the same company in 2 different categories (but same excel file) Should I add for every category once, o just for the first category? Regards, Ercument
