Stage 1. A. I have a list of 800+ businesses on an excel sheet, and I need someone to go to their website and search for their emails. B. After the email list is transcribed, you will be provided with an email to contact businesses. The Email templates and schedule will be already made for you, so all you have to do is copy-paste, and input their website name / or owner's name. If you are not able to find the email of a website or business, just simply click it as not found/ (you will not have to respond to anyone, any emails you receive will be redirected to one of my managers) C. 1 contact will be receiving 1 email every week, and you will be also going back to the websites where you did not find an email to leave a message on contact us. Stage 2 A. after you are done the first Stage, you will then be given a certain geographic in Canada or in the united states to data-mine. You will be going to Google businesses, maps, or anything you can find online to search for businesses that are open, and you will repeat stage 1. The project is straight forward and requires a lot of time in front of a computer. Hi, I've read and understood the project description thoroughly. I am able to find the emails and do the email campaign successfully according to your requirements. I am ready to start the work immediately and ready to do few samples if you would like to do. 1. How many hours does it take you mine 200 contacts per week - 5 hours 2. How many hours will it take you to roughly send 1000 emails per week - 10 hours 3. Hourly rate - $5 But my suggestion sending email is an easy task, rather than collecting/mining 1000 emails. So can you pay Fixed price? To answer your questions: 1) I can mine the required amount of contacts in 8 hours. 2) I have access to a paid bulk email sending tool. I can add the templates as you require and send the mails in around 8 hours.
