Hello. I checked your workbook. If the data records are ALWAYS laid out as you have in the example, then it is not too hard to write VBA code to copy to the "Convert to" sheet. (It would be better, assuming all of the pay rates are hourly, if it were just the amount without "/hr". But can add some more code to extract the value if will be be like this.) If the data records are not always laid out the same, then I need to see some examples to see what would be needed to accommodate the variations.

We should be able to convert it using array formulas and macros. However, the raw data needs to have a few more records to identify the pattern.
