-As a recruiter, I carefully read and understand job descriptions and client needs. I source, screen potential leads, negotiate salary, locking in expected salary, sending them the job description, arranging interviews as per hiring manager's request, with the preferred time from both parties. Updating candidates on their application status.
-Experienced in both non-technical and technical requisitions.
