Circuit and firmware design

To design a circuit board with a mcu with WiFi, ble, zigbee, rf4ce, fingerprint module, vibration sensor, 4g module. Should run on low power. Should have a battery charge controller attached. circuit has to be very compact and rugged. It should fit in a padlock. The circuit should be able to drive 2 nos of solenoids and 2 nos of DC Motors. should run on a rechargeable battery. The above are the hardware design parameters required. Find below the firmware requirements. The lock should connect to mobile app for lock and unlock using ble. Mac binding has to be applied. Finger print scanner can however match the template and unlock. there has to be a third key which is a system generated password to unlock for a visitor via app. This password should have a predefined validity period and should expire after the validity. Aquire WiFi credentials from app and connect to the WiFi network to upload data. Switch to 4g incase of WiFi failure or downlink. should trigger or be triggered by other zigbee devices of same id. The app has to be triggered incase of an event and alert the user even if the phone is on silent mode. Should have audible or vibration mechanism. The user should be able to choose to ignore the event,trigger an alarm at home, activate sos and report the event to law enforcement, call a neighbour using phone book function. when reported the law enforcement app should get details of phone no, owners name, address and Google map directions to the location. The enforcement officer should be able to assign the alert to any of his staff depending on the nearest available resource. Law enforcement section of the app should also have action for taken and report functionalities. The report functionalities for law enforcement can be discussed and added at a later stage. Both apps should have customer support enabled with click to call. The app should go to sleep mode when no activity is detected and should be triggered on event. Law enforcement and user shall recieve message on what's app as well with locations and coordinates.
