Hello, There are two major sources of noise in hearing aid devices, background noise and internal echo. There are different ways to tackle with each such as beamforming and adaptive filtering (echo canceller). Some of these techniques are quite complex. I am not sure which noise problem you are encountering in your design but this could be a simple or a complex task to solve. First I need to consider your design in detail and see how you have suppressed the noise. Then I will propose you a better method to suppress the noise. Anyway, I am a professional DSP engineer and have several years of experience. I am also a professional embedded designer and can implement the algorithm in your ARM processor (assembly C/C++).
