Dear Sir, I have designed our own BLE module using the nRF51822. This was designed for iBeacon functionality. The module is small and uses CR2032 battery. I have experience with GSM GPRS modems. I have a working SIM808 GSM GPRS system, which uses STM32 to send AT command to the modem. I have written code for this and created hardware PCB design.
