Build scrips for Amazon PPC data from excel spreadsheets

I am looking for someone who can create scrips for me to manipulate Amazon PPC data. I am assuming the easiest way is to use excel macros. It would be beneficial for someone to be familiar with Amazon PPC I would like to download my PPC campaigns from Amazon, make various changes and then upload, meaning the changes would take place in the account. I would like to run various scripts (ideally entry data could be changed) An example would be: If number of clicks are <x, and sales are >x change bid by -x% or alternatively as above but highlight each row which can then be edited manually. I would also like the ability to add keywords to ad groups and create new ad groups (just copying the format of how this appears in the spreadsheet) I attach a template used for bulk file uploads - the download would follow the same format. Additionally, Amazon provides search terms used/generated in auto campaigns (as opposed to manual campaigns where you choose or add keywords). This is a separate download from Amazon, and would like similar functionality on this spreadsheet as above. The job will require more details, but looking for someone capable of providing this service, with costings and ideas of how to format and provide. Thanks
