Customer Support, Data Entry, Virtual Assistant P&G Paper Tubes, Melbourne Australia Job: Verifying and Updating Customer Contact Information P&G Paper Tubes is performing an annual update of our customer and supplier contact list. We are looking for an individual with a professional telephone disposition and attention to detail. This person will contact all of our customers and suppliers BY PHONE to verify their current data as well as their holiday production plans and document this information in the provided google spreadsheet and forms. Our business and contact list is based in Australia, and will operate on the traditional Australian business day. Required Skills: • Personable and Professional TELEPHONE disposition • Accurate and reliable data entry skills into Google Spreadsheet and Form • Efficient and timely • Telephone and internet access are required Duration: This is a short-term contract job that should take 16 Hours. You will be paid upon completion of the tasks. Performance: Performance will be based on accurately and completely verifying all of the company data in the provided contact list. Random follow up calls will be performed to our customer base to ascertain professionalism of the contacts made and accuracy of the work completed. Oversight: This project will be managed by a P&G Board Member based in the United States.
