Dear all, Due to lack of time (and a bit rusty knowledge in the field) I need someone to help me to put together an excel VBA, that is able to export selected range of data to word documents. I have 10 groups of data with 5 same categories in each group. I need VBA, upon click of a button, to generate 10 separate word documents using the same template as set out in a separate sheet. Data in this sheet will have the data layout 1 (report layout) I will have one master sheet, + 10 sheets per group of data. VBA should feed from separate sheets per group. Each group sheet should show the data in pre-set template layout 2 (general layout) Only complication, not all 5 categories will have input. Some will be empty, so I need VBA not to export empty rows. We can achieve it by ensuring only data with input is shown in each of the 10 group sheets. Example as in master sheet: Group 1: Oranges Cat 1: 15 Cat 2: 4 Cat 3: nil Cat 4: nil Cat 5: 3 It should show up in the report file called "Oranges" as such: Cat 1: 15 Cat 2: 4 Cat 5: 3 Obviously there will be more information that I will populate in the sheet, but the engine will be as described above.
