I need a virtual assistant for 10-15 hours a week to help me with the following: Stay organized Send me reminders Write content Research Calendar things Customer support Skills needed: English, Excel, Wordpress, YouTube, Facebook VA must be organized, trustworthy, timely (deadlines must be met), and available on a regular basis. Honesty is VERY important to this job. It's okay if you can't do EVERYTHING but you need to be upfront about it so I know what to expect. I have many things to do and many projects to work on so I need someone to help me stay organized and help complete some of the work.

One of my more recent positions as a Graduate Assistant at American University Washington College of Law required me to support the Graduate Admissions staff, including responding to student inquiries, assisting students during the application process, and creating reports based on student application status. These tasks required an efficient, detailed work ethic. As a cheerleader for 10 years and a front desk agent for 3, I have perfected interacting with everyone I meet with a smile on my face. I have spent three and a half years overseas studying, working, and teaching, so my intercultural communication skills are top notch. And as a travel agent with AAA, I have mastered file maintenance and administration. I believe both my personality and my skill set would be beneficial to your organization.
