Looking for SENIOR WEB DEVELOPERS

Job Description We are seeking SENIOR FULL STACK Web Developers for full-time or part-time remote work, who are responsible separately or for both backend and frontend development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the colour and font choices, and so on). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems, as well as a complete understanding of GitHub Flow. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred. Responsibilities * Designing and implementing new features and functionality * Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture * Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS * Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin. Skills and Qualifications * Excellent understanding of Github Flow! * Excellent understanding of front-end technologies, including MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery * Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications * Experience designing and developing responsive design websites * Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc. * Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers * Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages * Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) * Proficient understanding of code versioning tools git * Strong understanding of PHP back-end development * More extensive skills and additional in-depth knowledge is always welcome (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, Redux, Sass, Vue, React...) *At best we are looking for separate high-end skilled frontend developer and a backend developer Payment The monthly payment is negotiated between $4,000 and $8,000 US dollars, depending on the level of knowledge, expertise and skills. Payment frequency is biweekly on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payment is made to you directly on the due date. We desire full-time (in some cases part-time) and long-term connections only, as we hope the chosen devs will be involved with Eventus Enterprise for the foreseeable and distant future. The successful candidates will be subject to a testing phase on Github (not related to the project) before we contract them for work, so we can have a complete understanding of their skills and ultimately pick the best developers to join our team. After the successful test and our confirmation, you will be in a 3 month probation period.
