Email animation

I need a very simple "stick animation" to include/embed with email message for our upcoming website [login to view URL] Simply stated we have a book "The Secret of Tree Hugger Bubble Gum" which users will be able to read on line. We want users to be able to share the book with their friends. They will be able to forward a link to the website page with a message. We want the message to include simple animation that is embedded with the email that shows a little boy or girl (line drawing so it can appear as either) hugging a tree. As the boy/girl hugs tree the trunk of the tree squeezes a bit and little hearts float. The Tree can either be black and white or ideally with colorful gumballs.
