Finish, Edit, Work out bugs on Joomla Project

I need a Joomla expert to help me finish off a couple of things and work out a few issues on this website [login to view URL] - put a gradient on the menu bars and main nav bar to give a chrome effect - Round off corners of menu/modules - I will deactivate the top ad space - Spanning across the empty space I would like the text THE VIRGIN ISLANDS BEST MUSIC MIX in bold red - work out compatibility issue with the sizing of the central image scroller and a few components - with most browsers it will resize automatically with the size of the screen and window but in IE 7 and other versions it overlaps the right hand menu. I would like it centralised in line with the main content and viewed in all browsers correctly - design a table template for content; it should be easy to implement, cut, paste and edit. It should also match the rest of the website. - I will provide the information. I am online most of the time and easy to communicate with I would like this done in a day from the acceptance of the bid
