The purpose of the site to redirect surfers to contacts (Like - doctors - or other professionals ) by entering the surfer information in form in the site. (the surfer information will be send by SMS API system to the contacts) The site should send the information to contact in a queue (stack) (not randomly) , should be send to 5 contact simultaneity ( need to be option to change according to our need but for start 5 will do) . could say it's kind of a landing page (site of one page), the important part is the management panel - it is important that we know the user information statistics volume of messages sent to contact and statistics of entering . (could be build in ASP or PHP ) for more information , see PDF attached .
