Fixed 3 Page Website Rendering

We had a simple three page website [login to view URL] built but there are some elements that don’t work and a few things we want changed. Issue 1 – The site does not render correctly on different screen sizes. First, the two tab and bars (Team and Contact) should be completely visible. Right now they are not visible at the bottom of the page or just barely visible. I have enclosed a screen shot of how the Home and Team pages should look at the bottom. Second, when viewed on a large monitor all pages are visible. I have enclosed a screen shot of that as well. In short, the site should render correctly regardless of what device and screen size, or whether the browser window size is manually adjusted. Issue 2 – We don’t want the contact pop up. Instead, we want another page the scrolls down. The same image on the home page can be used at the top. The blue area with text and email link I will provide. When a user clicks the email link it opens the mail client with the email address prepopulated. The font should be Gotham. I can provide all assets and current files. We have now tried two contractors and none of them have done this correctly. Please don’t even bid unless you are positive you can do it. Again, the site should render perfectly regardless of device or screen size.
