UI Designer for an Android App

Hi, I'm developing an android app. I'm a programmer, and I need help with several aspects of the design. The app itself is for real time ride sharing, and I'll explain all the necessary details after you'll be selected. The app is already in development, and most of the functionality is already there. The main job is the following: Create a detailed mockup for the app. The experience for the user is obviously the most important factor. Also, you need to know what's easy to implement on android, and what's not, so the design is as easy as possible to implement. Additional work, which is not required (you can think of it as a bonus) is one or both of the following: If you have experience in android development, then you will implement all / some parts of your design. If you have experience in graphic design, then you will design the logo, the graphics needed for the app, the website, adds, a t-shirt, flyers, etc. The total time the project will take depends on your qualifications. The mockup design will probably take 30-60 hours, the graphic design 30-60 hours, and the programming is 30-100 hours. There is a chance that the project will become a full time job.
