Need a redesigned front page for [login to view URL] The approximate new design for the desktop is presented in attached file - [login to view URL] The developer will need to use/modify the html top bar and the site's logo from existing URL -- [login to view URL] Feel free to improve the fonts - but make sure they are consistent. As [login to view URL] will eventually be a multi-ligual site, the 'Language' drop-down will need to work the same way as in the above URL - e.g. changing the default English home page ([login to view URL]) to Chinese (simplified) will look for (yet non-existent) page [login to view URL], and changing to Spanish will try to load [login to view URL] Part of the web page elements and an example of how we want the design to change if the screen size changes from desktop to mobile can be found at our URL: [login to view URL] The developer will not have access to our server but, instead, will present the work from their own URL.
