Create a Report Template in MS Word

Our business serves banks and large financial institutions. We do custom analytical work for them and deliver them large data sets. We want to deliver a written report in Microsoft Word document format describing our analysis and results. We need a template so that we can create dozens of these reports easily each quarter. We need a standard template that is professional and impressive, and we need it to accommodate inserting some new text and graphics for each client. Since our industry is financial services, we want the style to convey expertise, accuracy and objectivity. We already have a logo and need the colors to match the logo, but the style of the template need not be constrained by the logo. We expect that the final word document template will contain the following elements: 1. Cover page including a. Our name and logo b. Clients name c. Date d. Test Period e. Our Contact Information (2 contacts, with name, title, company, and email) f. Client's contact information (name, company) 2. A table of contents 3. Four section headers - For the three main sections of the report and the appendices, we want a special heading to signify the beginning of the new section. It could be a graphic or a "drop cap". The four sections are a. Methodology b. Analysis c. Insights d. Appendices 4. A footer, simple, maybe just a line or color or flourish, but matching the theme a. Including page number (# of ##) b. Also including "AVMetrics - Confidential"
