I need a programmer to finish my portfolio website coding.

I am trying to build a website to use for internship pursuits but do not have time to handle the coding with my present academic workload. I have started the project already and it needs to be finished using a more basic level of code similar to the stuff I already have done. I will need strictly just the code, no website url or anything. I also need it to be complete by Friday the 29th. It needs to be a responsive design that is fit for both mobile and desktop platforms. The code needs to be done in HTML, CSS and Javascript, no other languages. Bootstrap can be used for certain elements that require plugins. For example, a floating sidebar for social media icons. All code needs to be labeled for each element (ex.- //*Sticky Navbar Java*//). I would like the site to be coded on a single page with a scroll function and a sticky navbar. I would also like the navbar to have a toggle function so that it will display as a hamburger menu depending on the platform and size of the web page it is being viewed on. The website is a portfolio site, so it will need to display my work and projects I've done. For this, I would like the site to display boxes with an overlay that will indicate what project and concentration it is. I'll create milestones to provide more details. I will also be adding an NDA and an IP agreement to this project.
