Price-list paper re-Design to look more professional.

Dear Friends. On my WP webpage I have a subpage with prices for different services. But the layout looks pretty amateur. I want You to take information from current pricelist and make a nice proffesional design. I will use it for printed version also. On the page I'll put jpg file. U will provide me with source/template of your work, so later I could change prices etc. Sample of current price list is attached including with our logo in different colors. Feel free to suggesst better designs. and put 'elephant' word in your bids or messages..so I'll know that you read my details. Please state minimum price for the work. It should be done in 2 days max.
