Real Estate Branding,website and marketing material

We are in need of branding and design of our two websites. We can discuss in more details, but below you can find a short brief. Who we are? We are a small real estate investment firm. We invest in multifamily, mixed use residential developments, and single family homes (fix and flip and rentals). We invest our own money but sometimes have clients invest alongside us in our funds. We also have a startup direct home buying/selling brand that we need design for. We need design & branding for both of these. What is the scope of the project? We would like all of these for two websites: (1) our corporate website and (2) our direct home buyer/seller portal - a website - style guide - web design with all of the website copy (I will give an index and brief overview of what I would like on the website), and I would like you to help me with filling in the content - Letterheads - Business cards - Marketing email templates - Brochures/physical marketing material We might need ongoing web development, but delivering static HTML would be helpful. We will incorporate the HTML into our existing CMS. We need someone who will provide us with custom design, not a themeforest theme for $20 that you spend time changing a little bit and trying to rip us off. We can provide you some list of websites that are similar to ours. Our target audience: - For our corporate site: potential Investors, bankers, other colleagues - For our buyer/seller site: home buyers, home sellers We will provide some inspiration sites/brands upon request What sort of candidate are we looking for?
