Build an .Net Web Application MSSQL C# back end HTML5 front end

We have a MS SQL Database with 8 tables designed to document and record modules, features, benefits, configuration checks and documents for our main product ClickHome. We want a simple 1 page application to add features, benefit links, config checks, module links and documents. Mainly Create and Read Operations, Create Read and Update on Features and Config Checks. Backend is Microsoft SQL, Front end should be modern HTML such as Angular, Responsive HTML5. Fairly simple interactions. Simplicity is the key. Require Backend Code to be .Net c# with Entity Framework for ORM. Please explain your approach/technology in your response.
