Build a domain search in PHP

I need a PHP page with a form field where we enter a search term and then search in all currently registered domains to find matches of the search term. So if I search for "tommy" it will find all registered domains with EXACT match (ex: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL],uk etc) but also show CONTEXT matches (ex: [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc.) These results should be shown in a results page where it's possible to see the whois owner of each domain. Please list which domain suffix you can search in. Don't worry about design, I have a template we will use.
